Awakened MLM Compensation Plan

Awakened is a new MLM out on the market. If you’re thinking about joining Awakened – you should review the compensation plan ahead of time. I compiled a PDF of their compensation plan by taking screenshots of a public YouTube. Let’s break it down below.

Awakened MLM Compensation Plan

As a reminder, I have an MBA, I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and have almost 15 years working in finance and accounting. These are my opinions based on researched facts and my understanding of those facts. However, this is not legal, financial, or tax advice. If you need legal, financial, or tax advice, you should reach out to a professional for a 1:1 chat! All opinions are my own.

What is Awakened?

Awakened was founded in 2022 and is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that sells a product called Zenith. Zenith claims to promote weight loss by reducing Leptin within the body. According to the Clevland Clinic Leptin is a hormone your adipose tissue (body fat) releases that helps your body maintain your normal weight on a long-term basis.

My Opinion on the Compensation Plan

The details of the compensation plan and link to a video where someone who is a promoter within Awakened discusses the compensation plan are posted below. However, my opinion after reviewing this compensation plan is that it is not much different than any other MLM. The Awakened compensation plan is complicated and in order to rank up you must recruit other members. In addition, to remain active, you must have PV – personal volume. So you must purchase at least 100 PV (or more) every 5 weeks to remain active within the company. My advice, like any other MLM, would be to not join.

Awakened Compensation Plan Key Terms

  • PV – Personal Volume
  • GV – Group Volume
  • QV – Qualifying Volume
  • CV – Commissionable Volume
  • LVL – Lesser Volume Leg
  • GVL – Greater Volume Leg

Binary – when enrolling a new Member – they will fall into your LEFT or RIGHT leg. You will not have more than two legs.

How to Qualify:

Active – means you maintain at least 100PV within a 5-week rolling period. This 100 PV must be a personal order (not a Customer CV). As you rank up, to be considered active, this increases to 200 PV per 5-week rolling period. This means you must buy products every 5-weeks to remain active.

Qualified Member – Active and Qualified (100 PV) – means they are spending at least 100 PV every 5 weeks.

Awakened Compensation Plan Ranks

What is interesting about Awakened’s compensation plan is they allow you to place any new recruits in any leg you wish. This gives flexibility over your teams and how to best strategize ranking up. Just like any MLM, you must recruit a downline in order to rank up.

Awakened Compensation Plan Ways to be Paid

Awakened, again, is pretty in line with most other multi-level marketing plan compensation plans with the bonuses they offer. All bonuses will require a downline, and the bigger the downline, the more money you make. The compensation plan is set up to encourage you to recruit and encourage your downline to recruit. Again, this is why MLMs focus so much on recruiting, because the more people they can convince to join under them, the more money they make.

Here is a summary of the different types of ways you can be paid by Awakened.

  1. Retail Commissions – these are commissions based on customer orders
  2. Fast Start Bonus – A bonus paid if you recruit someone under you and they purchase a starter pack
  3. Team Commissions – very detailed calc (see compensation plan) but essentially pays commissions based on the sales of the downline, including purchases made by those in the downline
  4. Rank Advancement Bonus – The quicker you rank up (recruit others to join and purchase Zenith) the bigger the bonus
  5. Matching Bonus – bonus paid upon Team Commissions earned by your downline. Again, encouraging you to recruit more people, and encourage them to recruit…

Resources to Learn about MLMs

Multi-level marketing, network marketing, social selling, direct sales, etc. are all over the internet. Facebook, Instagram, and even TikTok there are references to MLMs everywhere. If you’re a woman, you likely have had friends invite you to these parties or to join their business opportunity. Here are some resources to learn more:

Final Thoughts

As you can tell above, it is no secret that I do not recommend joining a multi-level marketing company of any nature. If you’re considering joining an MLM – I strongly recommend you do thorough research before doing so.

I’d love to hear from you if you have questions, comments, or differing opinions. Find me on InstagramFacebook, or email me by going to my contact page.
